Primary unilateral adrenal hyperplasia (PUAH) is a surgically-correctable form of primary (hyper) aldosteronism (PA) characterized by renin suppression, unilateral aldosterone hypersecretion, and moderate to severe hypertension secondary to hyperplasia of the adrenal gland.
