ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALK+ ALCL) is a type of ALCL, a rare and aggressive peripheral T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma affecting lymph nodes and extranodal sites, which is characterized by the expression of a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK).
