Definition
An occupational illness caused by transdermal absorption of nicotine from handling wet, uncured tobacco leaves, presenting with nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, weakness, and other autonomic symptoms. Predominantly affects tobacco farmworkers during harvesting, topping, and curing activities.
