Spinocerebellar ataxia type 14

Definition

Spinocerebellar ataxia type 14 (SCA14) is a rare mild subtype of type I autosomal dominant cerebellar ataxia (ADCA type I). It is characterized by slowly progressive ataxia, dysarthria and nystagmus.
