Definition

An allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) in a recipient that was not pre-treated with a conditioning regimen of high doses of chemotherapy or radiation, using cells depleted of T-cell receptors (TCR) alpha and beta as Graft-versus-Host Disease (GvHD) prophylaxis, from a related donor who is a partial human leukocyte antigen (HLA) tissue type match.
